Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy explains what data is handled by TWENTYTWELVE (UEN 53470445W), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, in connection with our website twentytwelve.net and our Facebook application Dymo Crosspost (App ID 1383122250332783).

Summary: we do not collect any personal data from visitors to this website, and the Dymo Crosspost application does not collect data from any end user. The application is used solely to publish content to one Facebook Page that we own. There are no trackers, no advertising and no third-party analytics on these pages.

1. Who we are

TWENTYTWELVE (UEN 53470445W), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. You can reach us at hello@twentytwelve.net.

2. Information we collect from visitors

None. These pages set no cookies, run no analytics, serve no advertising and load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting only; these are not used to build profiles and are not shared with anyone.

3. The Dymo Crosspost application

Dymo Crosspost is a personal-use application. It is not offered to the public and has no end users other than ourselves. It manages exactly one Facebook Page, which we own: Dymo-WhatIf (Page ID 1252498237937496). It never accesses third-party or client Pages.

The application runs on a self-hosted instance of Postiz on our own server. No content or credentials are sent to Postiz's hosted cloud service.

4. What the application stores, and why

DataPurposeWhere it is stored
One Facebook Page access tokenTo publish and manage posts on our own PagePrivate PostgreSQL database on our own server
Our own scheduled post content and mediaTo queue and publish our own contentPrivate PostgreSQL database on our own server

No personal data belonging to any other person is collected, stored or processed.

5. Permissions we request from Facebook

The application has been granted the following permissions, used only to operate our own Page:

PermissionWhy it is used
pages_show_listTo identify which Page to publish to
pages_manage_postsTo create and publish our scheduled posts
pages_manage_engagementTo manage comments and engagement on our own posts
pages_read_engagementTo read engagement on our own posts
read_insightsTo read performance statistics for our own Page
business_managementTo associate the app with our own business assets
public_profileBasic profile information of the account authorising the app (its owner)

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share any data with third parties. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no third-party analytics involved.

7. Retention

The Page access token is retained only while the integration is in use. It is destroyed when access is revoked or when we receive a deletion request. Our own post content and media are retained for as long as we choose to keep our own publishing records, and are deleted on request.

8. Your rights and data deletion

Because the application holds no data about any third party, there is normally nothing for an outside individual to request. The owner of the connected Page may revoke access at any time, and anyone may ask us to delete data we hold. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@twentytwelve.net and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

The application and its database run on infrastructure we control. Access is restricted to the business owner, credentials are stored encrypted, and the site is served over HTTPS.

10. Children

Our website and application are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any data relating to children.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
