None. These pages set no cookies, run no analytics, serve no advertising and load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting only; these are not used to build profiles and are not shared with anyone.
Dymo Crosspost is a personal-use application. It is not offered to the public and has no
end users other than ourselves. It manages exactly one Facebook Page, which we own:
Dymo-WhatIf (Page ID 1252498237937496). It never accesses third-party or
client Pages.
The application runs on a self-hosted instance of Postiz on our own server. No content or credentials are sent to Postiz's hosted cloud service.
| Data | Purpose | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| One Facebook Page access token | To publish and manage posts on our own Page | Private PostgreSQL database on our own server |
| Our own scheduled post content and media | To queue and publish our own content | Private PostgreSQL database on our own server |
No personal data belonging to any other person is collected, stored or processed.
The application has been granted the following permissions, used only to operate our own Page:
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
pages_show_list | To identify which Page to publish to |
pages_manage_posts | To create and publish our scheduled posts |
pages_manage_engagement | To manage comments and engagement on our own posts |
pages_read_engagement | To read engagement on our own posts |
read_insights | To read performance statistics for our own Page |
business_management | To associate the app with our own business assets |
public_profile | Basic profile information of the account authorising the app (its owner) |
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share any data with third parties. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no third-party analytics involved.
The Page access token is retained only while the integration is in use. It is destroyed when access is revoked or when we receive a deletion request. Our own post content and media are retained for as long as we choose to keep our own publishing records, and are deleted on request.
Because the application holds no data about any third party, there is normally nothing for an outside individual to request. The owner of the connected Page may revoke access at any time, and anyone may ask us to delete data we hold. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@twentytwelve.net and we will respond within 30 days.
The application and its database run on infrastructure we control. Access is restricted to the business owner, credentials are stored encrypted, and the site is served over HTTPS.
Our website and application are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any data relating to children.
If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
